Keeping a Zen Cart store healthy takes steady work: security patches, bug fixes, plugin updates, and the occasional thing that simply stops working. We handle all of it, so you can run your business instead of your server.

• Security Patches and Bug Fixes: for stores we host, we apply Zen Cart's security patches and bug fixes as they're released.
• Repairs: when something breaks, we find the cause and get your store back up and running.
• Plugin Installation: we install and test plugins that are compatible with your version of Zen Cart.
• Restores: if an install goes wrong or files are overwritten, we restore your site or database from backup.

Maintenance is billed by the hour, and our Silver, Gold, and Diamond hosting plans include maintenance at 25% off, 50% off, or free. If a repair turns out to need an upgrade to a newer Zen Cart, we'll tell you and agree on the price before any work starts. Maintenance discounts don't apply to upgrades or new installs; those are quoted on their own.
