Conditions of Use

License

Each paid plugin is sold as a license for one Zen Cart installation, at the price shown on its product page. You may modify the plugin as needed for that installation. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or install it on any other site. Free plugins are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2, as stated in each package.

Delivery and updates

Plugins are delivered as a download from your account once payment is confirmed. A paid purchase includes twelve months of updates and support. After that, the plugin keeps working; a renewal for further updates and support is optional.

Refunds

A 30 day money-back guarantee applies to paid plugins, as described on our Shipping & Returns page. If you request a refund, please delete your copy of the plugin.

Warranty

We support our plugins actively and run them on our own stores. They're nonetheless provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; you're responsible for testing a plugin on a copy of your store before relying on it in production.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
