Upgrade Readiness Check

Thinking about upgrading, or worried about PHP 7.4 support ending? Before you spend anything on an upgrade, find out exactly where your store stands. We go through it and send you a written report:

• Zen Cart and PHP: your Zen Cart version and patch level, your PHP version and when its support ends, and which current Zen Cart release and PHP version your store should move to.
• Your Plugins: every plugin and mod you run, whether it works on the target release, and what to do about the ones that don't: update, replace, or rebuild.
• Your Template: whether it will survive the upgrade as is, needs repairs, or should be replaced.
• Changed Core Files: any Zen Cart files that were edited instead of overridden, which is what usually breaks an upgrade.
• Database: its size and character set, and anything that has to be converted on the way.
• Payments and Shipping: modules that are retired or about to be, such as the old USPS and Authorize.Net AIM interfaces.
• Security: leftovers and known holes we find along the way, such as an old installer folder or a plugin version with a published vulnerability.

You get a plain-English report with the recommended path and a fixed quote for the upgrade, within 2 business days of our having working access to your store. If yours is unusually large or heavily modified and needs longer, we'll tell you on the first day. We look, we don't change anything.

Your money back on the upgrade: if you order the upgrade within 60 days, the full price of the check comes off it.

After you order: open a support ticket on myZenCartHost.com with your order number and your access details (SSH, or cPanel or FTP, and an admin login). Please don't send passwords by ordinary email or put them in your order comments.
