Puts a Shopping Cart icon and a Checkout icon beside the hamburger button of a ZCA Bootstrap navbar, on phones and tablets, whenever the cart has something in it. ZCA Bootstrap folds its whole navigation into the hamburger on a small screen, including the Shopping Cart and Checkout links, so the two things a buying customer wants most are two taps away and out of sight. This plugin puts them where every shopping app puts them. On a desktop nothing changes, because the navbar is expanded and its own links are already in view.
Nothing in your template is changed. The icons are added to the finished page, so a template update can't lose them. Install it from Plugin Manager and they're there; uninstall it and everything is back the way it was. It works with ZCA Bootstrap 3.3.0 through 3.8.0 and with clones of it, with nothing to configure: the icons follow the navbar's own breakpoint, so they come and go exactly when the hamburger does.
The icons link to the same two pages as ZCA Bootstrap's own menu entries and carry the same labels, so a store that has reworded or translated them is followed. Each icon is a 44px touch target with finger room around it. A long store name ahead of the icons shrinks and clips instead of pushing the hamburger onto a second line. Thirteen settings cover which icons show, whether the cart icon shows on an empty cart, an optional item-count badge, the Font Awesome classes, colors, size and spacing.
