Abandoned Carts Pro

Three reminders, a coupon, and the numbers to prove it

The free Abandoned Carts plugin sends one reminder email per abandoned cart. Abandoned Carts Pro turns it into a series: up to three reminders, each on its own timing and with its own wording, and a single-use coupon in the one you choose, often the last, for the shopper who needs a nudge.

• Up to three reminders per cart, each timed from the shopper’s last change to the cart (for example 1 hour, 1 day and 3 days), with its own subject and opening line. Every one stops the moment the shopper orders, empties the cart or unsubscribes.
• A single-use coupon: a percentage off, an amount off or free shipping, a minimum order if you want one, valid for the days you set. Each cart gets its own code, an ordinary Zen Cart coupon, limited to one use in total so it works for One Page Checkout’s guests too.
• Reports > Abandoned Carts Report: for each reminder, how many went out, how many shoppers came back through it, the orders that followed and what they were worth, plus coupons sent, used and the discount given, over 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.
• Disable or uninstall it and the free plugin goes straight back to one reminder per cart. Coupons already sent are kept.
• Runs on Zen Cart 1.5.8 through 3.0.0, PHP 7.4 through 8.5. Requires the free Abandoned Carts plugin 1.0.0 or later, installed and enabled. No change to the free plugin.
